Di was recruited to lead the Operations Team in November 2015 after consulting for Medaille Trust.
Prior to this she spent 25 years working with different vulnerable groups including homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol services.
Di is recently married, has three adult children and enjoys walking her dogs and caravanning.
