Sharon has been with Medaille Trust for just over 7 years. She previously worked in the Housing Sector for 16 years, managing an enforecement team dealing with anti-social behaviour, compliance of tenancy agreements, crime and disorder on some of the most challenging housing estates in Liverpool.
Sharon is a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel (CIPD) with qualifications in Learning and Development, and a Volunteer Board Member for Bright Future Co-operative, a scheme that supports survivors of modern slavery into employment.
Sharon enjoys networking and meeting new and interesting people. She enjoys working to keep our accommodation services safe and loves writing risk assessments!
