As the Family Activity Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the activities programme and promote a range of positive activities that support client’s mental health and wellbeing, and raise their self-confidence to live independently.
You will organise and deliver a programme of activities to support client’s independence and increase confidence, helping to improve their independent living skills and health & wellbeing.
You will work with clients to create a culture of trust and social interaction.
A strong interest and proven experience of designing and delivering group and one to one activities is essential.
The applicant will be required to work flexibly and this may include working evenings and weekends according to client needs.
This role is restricted for females under the Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 and is subject to satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service checks.
