As the HR Assistant you will carry out all essential administration for the HR function in line with relevant regulations, standards and legislation. This includes typing accurate reports, confidential letters, contracts of employment and file notes.
You will prepare job advertisements including design, liaising with advertisers, negotiating costs and organising advert submission and internal distribution.
Additionally you will help administer the recruitment process.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR position is required.
