As the Modern Slavery Case Worker Assistant, you will provide practical and emotional support to potential victims of modern slavery in the service and their dependents, where applicable in a given geographic area.
You will undertake daily duties to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will support service users’ needs as specified within their journey plan and as instructed by the Modern Slavery Case Worker. You will be required to be available to work weekends on a rota basis and to participate on the on call rota.
Relevant Social Care qualifications or suitable experience of supporting vulnerable people is essential.
This role is restricted for females under the Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 and is subject to satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service checks.
The ability to drive with a valid licence with use of own vehicle insured for business purposes is essential.
