As the Night Concierge and Welfare Worker, you will provide a secure environment and welfare checks to potential victims of modern slavery in the service and their dependents.
You will immediately respond to emergencies to provide assistance to service users and staff by calling the emergency services or the on-call mobile. You will assess any out of hour referrals and welcome new clients who often arrive in the early hours of the morning having been rescued from their situations only hours previously.
Education at level 3 or above or suitable experience supporting vulnerable people is essential.
2 positions at 36 hours per week
4 shifts of 9.5 hours, waking nights 9pm – 9am or as required by Service Manager
Salary: £18,000
