NIGHT WELFARE WORKER
SALARY: £20,592 per annum, actual salary
HOURS: 36 hours per week
4 waking night shifts of 9.5 hours (including 30-minute unpaid
break) 9.30pm – 7am or as required
As the Night Welfare Worker, you will provide a secure environment and welfare checks to potential victims of modern slavery in the service and their dependents.
To ensure the safe house accommodation is safe and secure by working waking nights for the hours above, or hours as agreed by the Service Manager.
To carry out regular internal and external checks of the premises throughout the shift.
To assess any out of hours referrals and complete inductions with new clients.
Education at level 3 or above or suitable experience supporting vulnerable people is essential.
