As a Volunteer Support Worker you will co-deliver practical and emotional support to clients as well as co-create a varied programme of activities that enhances clients' experience during their time in our service. This may include arts and crafts sessions, gardening, trips or assistance with English Language (ESOL) classes.
The role would suit someone who is friendly, kind, empathetic and non-judgemental. This position is very rewarding and would suit a person who is flexible to work in a team in a busy and sometimes challenging environment. Regular commitment is required.
You must have very good communication skills, knowledge and understanding of human trafficking issues, mental health issues and/or a willingness to learn.
