Prior to joining Medaille Trust Marcus was a Police officer with West Yorkshire Police and latterly North Yorkshire Police for 30 years.
A career detective, Marcus specialised in investigative interviewing and hostage and crisis negotiation. He was responsible for managing and investigating serious and complex crime including amongst others, homicide and child exploitation.
Marcus is married with two children. He is also a keen Leeds United and Harrogate Town FC fan.
